CES 2007: The booth babes

Wikipedia‘s definition of “Booth Babe” – a slang term referring to attractive women hired specifically to draw attendees into the booths of commercial exhibitions. These ladies are not regular employees of the company, but are typically freelance models.

The critics may have slammed the gratuitous presence of booth babes in (the now revamped)  E3, citing their presence as a chauvinistic objectification of female models, but they can’t deny their effectivity. Blame testosterone. Whatever. The amusing thing here is that despite criticisms from the politically correct, the presence of Booth Babes at this year’s CES is very much felt. Here are some images:

Yeah, we posted pics of Booth babes. Yeah, we can be shallow too. At least we admit that we’re entertained by the “effectivity” of these hired models.
