Dubbed the Charge Base 2,  Nyko Technologies redesigned the original Charge Base peripheral and made the successor cheaper and easier to use. Aside from the ability to charge two PS3 controllers simultaneously, it also allows users to store them in one place.

Nyko’s Charge Base 2 dock, furthermore, also possesses a smaller, more compact design and a faster recharge rate than its predecessor. Nyko Technologies has also introduced a new contact point dongle system into the Charge Base 2 for easier controller recharging.

The Charge Base 2 package comes with two lightweight mini USB adaptors for convenience. Nyko Technologies will make the Charge Base 2 available this month via retailers across North America and online store for the price of US$ 29.99.
