Chromehounds Latest Gameplay Movies
As the Chromehounds release date inches closer (July 11), anticipation is starting to build up like a pressure cooker. Chromehounds is set up in the 1980s – after the Cold War ended in a totally different fashion. The fictional world is rocked by frequent conflicts. The war among the three nations in the Neroiumus region is heating up. The winner takes it all. The prize: world domination!
According to Toshifumi Nabeshima, Chief Producer of Chromehounds, the engine they used for the game is a combination of their original engine and another one of the engines From Software used in another RPG title. Chromehounds was also designed using the latest graphic technology including High Dynamic Range expression and Normal mapping to name a few. “YouÂ’ll be able to see this in such environments such as the sun light reflecting in the water. WeÂ’re having a lot of fun creating these effects.”
We can’t hurry the game but we can do something about letting some of that steam out with the latest gameplay trailers.
