City of Heroes, Villains boogie down for Valentine’s
We didn’t know that the heroes of Paragon City and the villains of Rogue Isles had the time to boogie down and party, what with their hectic schedules of saving/destroying the day in Issue 9 of City of Heroes/Villain. But last year’s Valentine’s Day Paragon Dance Party looks set to become a tradition as DJ Zero and NCSoft celebrate Valentine’s again, in the same manner, in the same Pocket D nightclub venue.
Hey, where else in the game can heroes and villains work together for in-game rewards (in this case a Valentine’s Day heart-pattern costume set)? Not to mention, where else in the game can heroes and villains get together, stop fighting, knock back a drink or two, dance the night away, try one or two cheesy pickup lines, go home together for a little sumthin’-sumthin’ (alright, that’s way too much imagination there)…
The event started on Tuesday, but the party won’t stop ’till the 4th of March.
WARNING: Pocket D management will not be responsible for superpower injuries inflicted by the use of extremely lame pickup lines, like “Come with me, and I’ll make you leap tall buildings in a single bound…” Okay, that was just pathetic.
