Closed Cobain Nintendo DS - Image 1If you fancy online riddle games the likes of weffriddles and notpron, then you may take a liking to Closed, a homebrew game that offers similar mind games. Like online riddle sites, the puzzles in Closed requires being able to think out of the box in order to solve them.

This means you’ll have to use of available means, such as the stylus, buttons, and anything else that you can think of. However, do take note that the game is coded by French-speaking homebrew developers, so the game may require some knowledge of the French language or culture for you to be able to tackle them. Most of the puzzles we have come across so far do not have text, though.

Originally coded by homebrew developer Ali Banana, Coded is recently picked up by fellow dev Cobain, who added more puzzles into the mix. The game uses the DS’s FAT library, and may required to undergo a DLDI patch, depending on the flashcard that you use.

Cobain would also like users to know that there are cases in which certain flashcards may not be able to save game progress for Closed, so do be careful and remember how you solved the puzzles.
