Cooler than cool: some icy Lost Planet event footage
Take a stroll and make sure you’re wearing that thick fur coat. The weather conditions have been reported to be extreme, and Capcom makes sure it’s more than just a “blizzard” (oops, wrong developer). Yeah, Capcom’s recent Lost Planet event in California was indeed on the “extreme” side of things, with over 1,000 attendees and lots of activities for the TPS fans.
Here’s a vid for all of you guys who were snowed in and weren’t able to go. Or if ever you were able to drop by, might as well watch some footage to help you remember what went on in that oh-so-icy night:
The event footage from Game Videos shows us quite a lot of the activities and highlights in the Capcom event. One of my faves is that ice sculpture/engraving of the “Dune” worm from the game. Isn’t that just “cool”? There’s also that Vital Suit made of LEGOs, an ice bar (as in the type where you order your drinks), and some clips of the Lost Planet multiplayer competition. In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled for the dev team.
