Dave Mirra’s BMX Challenge backflips onto PSP

I can still fondly remember those years when I used to play Dave Mirra’s BMX games on my PC. Now that I think of it, I’d love to have it on my PSP too. Fortunately, we’re in luck.

Crave Entertainment, the guys doing the development have just announced that the newest version of Dave Mirra’s BMX game called Dave Mirra’s BMX Challenge will jump onto the PSP platform. It will feature 17 levels set in nine environments. Ad Hoc wireless play will also be supported for up to four players Plus, you’ll also get to play as other riders, including their own custom bikes. The game is supposed to come out in October this year, at a price of $29.99.

The number of moves hasn’t been mentioned, but I wouldn’t worry about that since most such games generally have a huge repertoire of them. You can expect some of the BMX favorites, including his signature tricks as well.

No screenshots or trailers have been released yet. Expect to see some soon, since the release date isn’t very far off. I’m sure that if this game is done correctly, it could be one of those extremely fun games. I can’t wait.
