Everybody, at one point or another, dreams of wielding powerful, earth shattering magic. Well, brace yourselves for this new hack-and-slash – with magic and the like.

Dawn of Magic is an upcoming title from Deep Silver. It features an innovative combat system that would get players immersed in the world of magic. Players get to choose between 12 different magic schools that specialize in eight spells each (Do the math, that’s 96 spells in all). Sky’s the limit, as players can also mix and match spells. Teleporting within the field of vision is also available so players can kite away.

Players can also choose to do melee attack with the usual weapons: swords, clubs, spears, umbrellas… wait, what? Anyway, Dawn of Magic teleports to stores within the first quarter of this year. Meanwhile, you can check out the screenshots and the trailer. Enjoy!
