DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 Modes

The modes of play for Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkachi 2 have already been revealed. It seems there will be quite some variety in playstyle. The game covers all aspects of the Dragon Ball series and that’s especially apparent with this announcement about the game. I used to love Dragon Ball Z and watched the dub version on TV all the time. Then the station played reruns after reruns so I just stopped watching altogether. Dragon Adventure is an RPG-style story mode in which you control three party members through the stories presented in Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. It’s the main single-player adventure.

Dragon Adventure is an RPG-style story mode in which you control three party members through the stories presented in Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. It’s the main single-player adventure.

Opposition: Your basic VS mode. Pick a character and stage and just go for it.

Tower: You’re asked to do specific challenges to move up the tower. It’s kind of like Event Mode in Super Smash Bros. Melee.

Tournament Mode: Set up a tournament for up to eight players. It’s like Tournament Melee in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
