QJ.NET reader Senjutsu spotted a sweet Sony PlayStation 3 deal over at the Canadian Futureshop store ran by Best Buy. The 80 GB Sony PS3 doesn’t only shed a whopping CAD$ 160.00 (US$ 166) from its original price, it also comes free with Sony PS3 exclusive game Lair.
The 80 GB version of the Sony PS3 was formerly priced at CAD$ 659.99 (US$ 684), but now carries a much lighter price tag of CAD$ 499.99 (US$ 518). This should make it easier for everyone to get an 80 GB version if they’ve been hesitant due to the earlier price point.
The Sony PS3 is considered as the most advanced among the three next-generation consoles with its Blu-ray drive, Cell Broadband Engine processor and its RSX powerhouse.
