Def Jam: Icon Directional Attacks trailer

Xbox360 users were pissed when they found out that the Def Jam: Icon demo was delayed, so to cool your heads off, we brought you the soundtrack details instead. We know that the soundtrack in no way compares to the demo, but hey, it’s still better than nuthin’, right? And to further keep you preoccupied while waiting for that demo, here’s another trailer we were able to score, which shows us how to work the Directional Attacks feature in the game.

As we’ve been telling you guys, the music will define your gameplay, so obviously, music will play a huge role in your gameplay. I mean, why else would they let you create your own playlist, eh? And as the General Manager of EA Chicago also points out in the vid below, even the use of the environment in the core fighting system will be sync’d to the beat of the in-game music.
