Dengeki polls: Best of 2007 includes Lost Odyssey and Monster Hunter Portable 2nd - Image 1 Japan‘s Dengeki publication has recently finished tallying up its reader’s polls for their most enjoyed game of last year. And while DS and Wii titles were the region’s hot-sellers for the past few months, it looks like the PSP’s making quite the comeback on the popularity poll.

The leader of Dengeki’s tallies is Capcom‘s Monster Hunter Portable 2nd, followed along by Square Enix Crisis Core. Nintendo’s Super Mario Galaxy for the Wii, and Dragon Quest IV for the DS follow in third and fourth place.

We also make note of the presence of Mistwalker’s Lost Odyssey, the lone Xbox 360 title in this gaming pantheon. On a side note, this author admits his elation at seeing SRW OGG in the list.

It’s just a crying shame there’s no updates on whether Banpresto’s got any plans of translating this for an English-speaking audience.
