Disgaea Portable Updates You Can’t Miss

Disgaea Portable, also known as Makai Senski Disgaea Portable in Japan is Nippon-Ichi Software’s PSP-based remake of the company’s critically acclaimed Playstation 2 strategy RPG. The official site was released on August 30 of this year but it currently has noe English translation

NIS America has officially announced that Makai Senski Disgaea Portable is in development and will be launched on 30th of November this year for the Japanese market. The standard version will be available for 4,800 yen ($41.24 US), while the first print limited edition will retail for 6,800 yen ($58.42 US).

Details on Disgaea includes new dungeons which are a variety of new extra dungeons in addition to the ones from the original Disgaea, as well as new voices for Laharl, Etna, Flonne, and the rest, and new scenarios. So the next question may be, “Will it be available to the US market?” Currently, Nippon-Ichi and NIS America are also working on adding something SPECIAL to Disgaea Portable that will be exclusive to the U.S. market. What that something is, there is currently still no word.
