DOA Extreme 2 unveiling at E3

Tecmo producer Tomonobu Itagaki is already hard at work on DOAX2, and he expects to show off a trailer of it at the Electronics Entertainment Expo. After spending the last few months working on patches for DOA4, Itagaki is saying that the development is going along very quickly. People are hard at work coming up with swimsuits, and the opening and ending cinematics are even being worked on. This “swimsuit game” as Itagaki calls it will include non-volleyball elements which will also be revealed at E3. He says that the original DOAX was monotonous and lacked variety, so he hopes to spice things up this time around. Traditional online matches over Xbox Live will be available in the final version, and plans for other online modes are also in the works. Considering how much of a success DOA4 on the 360 was, DOAX2 certainly has a lot of potential to do well.
