DSLiveWeather! Now Up

How's the weather up there?Nintendo DS homebrew developer, Lick, has shared his DSLiveWeather! with everyone. It’s a simple program that connects to WiFi in order to get live updates on weather conditions to the locations you choose. Very useful application, especially if you’re the type to travel a lot.

The output on the screen is console text only, but the developer promises to replace the interface with graphics. There seems to be a lot of support online for this application, so we’re really expecting an update sometime soon. So, just check up again, and maybe we’ll have a newer version for DSLiveWeather! up and running.

To get started, you’d have to create a text file containing your 4-letter ICAO location code and store that file in the root folder as “icao.txt”. If you don’t know your ICAO code, don’t panic! It can easily be Googled, as with any other location you wish to check up on.
