The game Dynasty Warriors DS being published by Koei and developed by Omega Force is looking great. Just to cut down on the confusion, the game is also called Shin Sangokumusou DS Fighters Battle (which literally means True – Unrivaled Three Kingdoms DS Fighters Battle). Set in ancient China, the game has many new features that veterans of the Dynasty Warriors series may be surprised to see.
In the game, the player can choose to represent one of three factions: Suzaku, Seiryuu, or Genbu. The gameplay system uses Warrior Cards which are used to call forth allies to help out the players. The decks of each player can be customized to their playing style. Since there are more than 100 cards in the game, an additional layer of tactical depth can be expected from this game.
