Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce 2 dated, coming two months after DW6 Empires

Koei certainly does love their Dynasty Warriors franchise. A week ago, they announced a delay for Dynasty Warriors 6 Empires. Now they’ve revealed that gamers won’t even have to wait two months after that game’s release to play another new Dynasty Warriors game for the PSP.
Dynasty Warriors 6 Empires, which launches on January 21 in Japan, will be followed swiftly by the release of Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce 2. The latter has been given a March 11 Japanese release date.
Building on the original Strikeforece, Strikeforce 2 has a higher playable character count and implements a variety of tweaks and gameplay system changes. Team-based multiplayer skirmishes are still in focus.

Dynasty Warriors 6 Empires, which launches on January 21 in Japan, will be followed swiftly by the release of Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce 2. The latter has been given a March 11 Japanese release date. Importers can pick it up for JP¥ 5,040 (around US$ 56).

 

Building on the original, Strikeforce 2 has a higher playable character count and implements a variety of tweaks and gameplay system changes to further enhance the series’ focus on team-based multiplayer skirmishes.
