E3 2008: Sony announces low-cost PS3 Greatest Hits games

There are certainly a lot of cool games on the PlayStation 3 but there’s only so much money we can spend on them especially in tougher days like these. Fortunately, Sony has given us a big break by naming some of the best games in its library to its Greatest Hits list. You’ll now be able to get some of the titles you missed at a much lower cost. The list after the jump follows.

If you’re on the constant lookout for a good bargain on your PlayStation 3 games, then this is your lucky day. It’s been announced by Sony that they’re starting their Greatest Hits collection for the platform and all the titles in the list will have their prices cut to just US$ 29.99.

The roster of games on the Greatest Hits category range from the good to the great. If you ever thought twice about getting a triple-A game, you now have less reasons to hesitate. Just check out this list below:

• Resistance: Fall of Man
•  Warhawk
• Call of Duty 3
• Need For Speed: Carbon
• Assassin’s Creed
• Rainbow Six Vegas
• The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
• Fight Night Round 3
• Ninja Gaiden Sigma
