E3: Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 to be “even nuttier”
During the press conference of the Japanese gaming giant at the E3 Media & Business Summit, Nintendo America’s CEO Reggie Fils-Aime slipped a few words on Ubisoft‘s Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 (for the Wii and DS), stating that the sequel would be “even nuttier” than the previous installment.
The first trailer on the game was indicative of that, but to hear it from the big boss is one other thing. Now while nothing else was enlightened on the game, we’ve got to understand Nintendo on this one: they owe a lot to their investors in their capitalization growth. So filling their conference with tons of first-party and third-party title mentions is consistent with the new face of E3 – media and retail comes first.
So to keep our rabbid selves satisfied for now, we’ve also grabbed a couple of stills from the game to clue us all in on what’s coming to the Wii. More developments on the Wii’s upcoming titles as they get hit by trailer trucks…err, yeah.
