EA: No, Respawn will not be making any “big time announcement” at E3

But what’s going on? Just yesterday, we got all excited when Vince Zampella and Jason West posted on their Facebook page that they’ll be bringing a “big time announcement” to E3 on Monday. Now we’re being told it was all lies!

 

 

 

 

But what’s going on? Just yesterday, we got all excited when Vince Zampella and Jason West posted on their Facebook page that they’ll be bringing a “big time announcement” to E3 on Monday. Now we’re being told it was all lies!

EA clarified via IGN that Respawn Entertainment won’t be making any such announcements at the LA event next week. After all, the new duo just sealed the deal on their collaboration just last April. And while the agreement did allow West and Zampella to retain ownership to their yet-to-be-announced title, this doesn’t mean they’re ready to announce it in a big time way.

 

 

 

 

That’s too bad. But maybe we can keep our fingers crossed for a small time announcement?
