Electronic Arts launches Madden NFL 09 cover countdown page

Electronic Arts has been successfully able to follow through their announcement on Madden NFL 09. The company has just recently launched the site hosting the cover countdown. It will eventually lead to the latest addition to the game franchise. Read more on this after the jump!

Electronic Arts was able to announce the official shipping date and the special collector’s edition for their upcoming Madden NFL 09 (Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, DS, PC, and PS3). As a way to help fans of the game pass time by, a new site has been launched by the company.
This particular site holds the countdown leading to the latest addition the to game franchise. Madden NFL titles are part of this countdown, starting from 1989/1900. As of writing, the site now has put on five games. The one featured now is the 1994 edition.

Additional information are also found in the site as well. A short description is provided for every title. Also, you guys can download wallpapers of the game covers in three different sizes.
