ESRB rates Protothea for Wiiware

The ESRB has rated Protothea for the WiiWare. There’s still not much info revealed regarding this port, but we heard Ubisoft will be bringing it to your Wii consoles. If you’re not totally familiar of the title, then read on to the full article. Maybe this game will be just the right cup of WiiWare tea for you.

Another PC title is headed to WiiWare. Spotted with an E rating at the ESRB site is Protothea from Ubisoft.

For those of you who are not familiar with this title, Protothea is a PC game developed by Argentinian developer, Digital Builders. It’s basically a shoot-em-up title released back in 2005. In the game, you are a ship pilot with dangerous missions to carry out in your enemy’s territory.

It actually is reminiscent of the arcade franchise, Raiden, in gameplay, with its top-down shooter mechanics. Or maybe even Twin Bee from FamiCom. Not that you’ll get to shoot flying ice creams and candies here. But still, we just might get lucky.
