SOCOM: Confrontation has been out in North America for more than a month now. In Europe, it’s supposed to come out on November 28. Thing is, we’ve just heard word that the game might not make its scheduled release date.

According to gaming news website Arena51, the release of Slant Six‘s tactical shooter for the PS3 has been moved to sometime during the first trimester of 2009. This info allegedly comes from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) itself.
No reasons were given, but it could be so the game doesn’t get lost in the Fall games rush over there. Maybe they want time to fix more of the issues constantly reported in the US release. We’re still waiting on SCEE and Slant Six to confirm the delay, though. Keep checking back here for updates.
