Anyone who has been following the God of War series would know how Kratos came to be the bad-ass god-slayer that he is now. He’s always pissed, always throwing fits, and always looking for new ways to make baddies go from “alive” to “very dead”. But it all must’ve started at some point, so for those interested in knowing more about the person behind the persona, an upcoming God of War comic will look into the childhood of the Ghost of Sparta.

This comic, written by Marv Wolfman and laden with the artwork of Andrea Sorrentino, is set to come out on March 31st. Sony has yet to announce the exact date of the US release for God of War III, but hopefully, the March 31st date is just for the comic.
