According to The Gaming Vault, important keys and other items have gone missing from save games on random occasions. The chances of freezing after loading an area has also reportedly increased.

There have also been instances where old save files made before the patch was installed won’t allow players to save as the Save option on the start screen has been darkened. The recommended workaround so far is to delete the patch from the Game Data Utility and running the game without installing the patch.

Now, I have the PC version myself so I’ve never had the inclination to get the PS3 version, so I have to ask the PS3 gamers out there: have you ever encountered these issues?
