Final Fanatsy XIV PS3 beta is happening

It was disappointing to find out that the beta for Final Fantasy XIV Online would be limited to the PC version only. However, that was the case before. The newly-opened signup page for the PC version (yep, right on the same day as FFXIII launched in Japan) reveals good news for PS3 owners and hopefuls.

 

 

 

 

It was disappointing to find out that the beta for Final Fantasy XIV Online would be limited to the PC version only. However, that was the case before. The newly-opened signup page for the PC version (yep, right on the same day as FFXIII launched in Japan) reveals good news for PS3 owners and hopefuls.

 

Hooray for fine prints! This is what was indicated on it:

 

“The current tester recruitment is for the Windows version of the Final Fantasy XIV Beta Test only. Details regarding recruitment for the PlayStation 3 version will be released at a later date.”

 

“At a later date” is definitely loads better than “Never.” We’ll all be looking out for that. In the meantime, care for FFXIII imports, anyone?
