Some details have already been revealed before, but let this serve as a recap as well.

In Agito, you are a student in a magic School named Akademeia, but you won’t have a lightning scar on your forehead. When the capital city is attacked by a hostile empire, your character, along with other students, take up the charge to free the city.

Each character will have their own specialties, and a variety of weapons will be available, from katanas, to whips, to cards. Yes, cards. Very dangerous cards. There will also be summons, of which Odin and Ragnarok have been confirmed. Summons take the place of your character once they appear, and they will be directly controllable as well.

It was revealed before that that game will have a “merging of action and command” similar to the one in Crisis Core, but will be making use of the classic ATB system. Famitsu explains further that it has a traditional menu-based system, with options to attack, heal, and cast classic Final Fantasy spells.
