According to a tweet from the ever reliable Square Enix Producer Shinji Hashimoto, the digital re-release of the PsOne classic will be on May 20 in the Japanese PSN Store, with the western release to be announced soon. But unfortunately, he wasn’t able to reveal the price of the download. Both Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VIII were priced at ¥1,500 (or roughly US$ 16) when it was released in Japan.
