Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Goes Hollywood!
FF addicts finally have one good reason to take a break from playing the game – to watch the big screen version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Square Enix and Sony Pictures announced a special celebration for the official release of FFVII will take place at its screening at the Cinerama Dome in Hollywood on April 3. The one-night-only event will be open to the public (FF fanatics or not), and is the only time it will play in theaters before it’s released on DVD and UMD on April 25. The screening is complimentary and tickets will not be for sale. Guaranteed admission to the event will be handed out on the day of the showing starting at noon. Only one ticket per person will be given. All remaining seats will be distributed at the time of the screening.
The CGI-animated Advent Children continues the gameÂ’s storyline. Two years have passed since the fall of Midgar and the ensuing peace. Now a new menace looms, mysterious illness is spreading, old enemies are getting restless. Looks like a job for Cloud…
