Final Fantasy XI: Updates On The Wandering Puppeteer
While you wait for the delayed start of Treasures of Aht Urhgan, you’ve seen the Blue Mage and oggled at the Caedarve Mire, now Final Fantasy XI has released more information of another profession on the upcoming expansion, which are the Puppeteers.
Considered to be entertainers, Puppeteers has come up with “automation” where their marionette won’t require strings anymore (marionettes used to be their main weapon to protect themselves). The puppeteers can now use their hand-to-hand fighting skills that is based from their art if enemies get too close for comfort. Also, if one wants to make a marionette stronger, the puppeteer should bind custom parts called “attachments”. Picture sitting around in the background while your marionette does all the fighting and basically pawns everything along its path when you haven’t even lifted a finger to help, isn’t that fun?
