Final Fantasy XIII demo confirms release margin

So it’s not really that far off after all. We didn’t get drawn on by Square Enix‘s notorious announcements announcing announcements this time – we got it straight up! After, about three years of dancing around with mini-details and teasers, we finally have some solid info on the release of Final Fantasy XIII (PS3, Xbox 360) – straight out of the game’s demo.

The demo confirms – Final Fantasy XIII comes out Winter of 2009, at least in Japan. The rest of the world may have to wait for a 2010 release, but the info provides a reassuring thumbs up for us in the meantime.
