First trailer vid for Chocobo’s Dungeon: Labyrinth of Forgotten Time

Last month, we reported that Square Enix is currently developing a new video game that’ll highlight one of the most-loved creatures in the Final Fantasy franchise: the Chocobo. Today we managed to get the new trailer video for the game and quite unfortunately, it’s still in Japanese.

Anyway, if we are not mistaken, the new video game will be known as Chocobo‘s Dungeon: Labyrinth of Forgotten Time. Judging from the video below, gameplay for Labyrinth of Forgotten Time is going to be turn-based and graphics is highly reminiscent of related titles released on handheld console Nintendo DS.

Square Enix still hasn’t made an official announcement regarding release date or if Chocobo’s Dungeon: Labyrinth of Forgotten Time will be released in markets outside Japan.
