Five things I would do if I were really my WoW character

It’s one thing to play a Night Elf Hunter on WoW, but it’d be so much more interesting if the mechanics of WoW applied to real life. There’d be so many things you could do what you normally wouldn’t be able to, like run forever.

Now, since I’m a Night Elf Hunter in-game, some things, like magic, are definitely out of my skillsets, but if, for one day, I could actually be my WoW character in real life, there’d be five things I’d like to do.

5. Cook Goretusk Liver Pie.
Out of all the different WoW recipes, this is the one that always strikes me as absurd. Sure, there’s such a thing as haggis, but liver in a pie doesn’t seem palatable.

Hence, one of the things I’d like to do if I were my WoW character would be to hunt down some Goretusks, grab their livers, and bake myself a pie. Not only would I get to taste this “Only on Azeroth” specialty, I’d also be able to strike out Goretusk Liver Pie as one of those things that separate WoW from real life.

4. Befriend a bear and call it “Shirley.”
One of the great things about making WoW real, even for just 24 hours, would be the fact that I could survive a bear mauling without much trouble the next day. Why not capitalize on that and my hunter skills by actually doing what I did in-game: taming a bear and calling it Shirley?

Sure, I’d have to kill her before 24 hours ends, but then I’d end up with a nice trophy of Shirley, my bestest friend in the whole wide world, to remember her by. Oh, and a rug too.

The full article awaits after the jump!

3. Die.His name's actually Titan, but call him Shirley. He doesn't mind. - Image 1
This should probably be higher up on the list, but it was bound to be here, right? Might as well put it on number three to save some awesomeness for later.

It’s the one thing no actual human would ever be able to do, but if I were my character for just one day, I wouldn’t mind dying for an hour just to see where you end up. Would there be Spirit Healers on the other side? Is Jesus a Shaman or a Warlock?

More importantly, is everything REALLY in black and white on the other side?

2. Dance like Michael Jackson.
Now that I have a Michael Jackson emote, maybe I should give dancing like him a try. I might actually look cool doing it. Or not. Whatever.

1. Parachute Cloak FTW!
That’s the number one thing I’d do if I were my WoW Character. I’d go up to the top of the tallest building nearby, jump off the roof, and see if I can get my parachute cloak to work. That’d be the best feeling ever, especially since I made my own parachute.

Besides… If I die, I’ll just wait for a rez.
