The last time we heard the upcoming MMO game from CyberSports and Monumental Games‘ Football SuperStars was when it first opened its doors to beta testers and we saw a couple of character renders.Today’s update will sate those gamers who were not able to try out the sports title in beta.

The eye candy from Football SuperStars are well, gorgeous. That’s not just because of the female characters (though we’re thinking about the practicality of playing football with your hair flying all over the place). Anyway, Football SuperStars will be delving into the world of football in a whole other way. Players will be controlling one avatar and pit them against others in 3v3, 5v5, 7v7, and 11v11 matches. Plus players can take their in-game selves and socialize with managers to get into the best teams.

According to the dev CyberSports:

“The player will exist in a persistent football-themed world and be able to join or form their own teams and manage their careers whilst engaging in various leagues.
