Full Auto 2: Battlelines crash and burn with a delay

Full Auto 2

Le cry, le sigh, le curse. There goes another “launch title”. Sega‘s just updated their product page for Full Auto 2: Battlelines with some disturbing news. While everyone was expecting the game to hit retail on November 17, they’re now hitting the breaks and slowing down to an early December release.

Wonder what prompted a delayed explosion into the scene? Everyone seemed to have been excited for the crash-or-be-burned game of high-powered, arsenal-rigged cars. Well, maybe they’re equipping the game with some final modifications. Especially after their very recent announcement that it’s coming for the PSP, adding a couple of PSP-PS3 interaction features for the game seems like a worthwhile endeavor.

In any case, whatever reason they’ve got for the delay, we’ll bring you guys more news once they come out with a full statement. In the meantime, we can all remain hopeful and keep our fingers on the stick shift on standby.
