God of War II: Kratos vs. Perseus gameplay

   

Above you have screenshots. Below you have a gameplay video download for the highly anticipated God of War II title making it to the PS2 and the PSP (very soon, at least) from Sony Computer Entertainment (SCE) Studios Santa Monica and Sony Computer Entertainment Amercia (SCEA).

This particular clip features a face-off between our all-time favorite God of War, Kratos, and the equally epic Perseus… just keep those “Fly, Bubo!” comments in check lest Kratos rips us a new one (Bubo was the name of Perseus’ owl in the classic movie “Clash of the Titans”).

Perseus, the Greek hero, will be best remembered for killing Medusa, at least if you follow your Greek Mythology (outside the game, guys). It will be interesting to note that Medusa’s sister, Euryale, will also be in God of war II, and that Kratos will once again be taking quite the burden off her shoulders – just a little extra detail to keep in mind to prep you for its March 13, 2007 release (for the PS2).
