Godzilla: Unleashed for the Wii to have at least 23 playable monsters

There’s just something about Atari‘s Godzilla: Unleashed that makes fans of the giant green lizard want to leap and scream in joy. There has been confirmation of at least 23 playable monsters in the Wii version of this game.

So far, only four monsters have been revealed – Gigan (from Final War), Megalon, Kiryu, and the big G himself, Godzilla 2000. Hopefully, the rest of the monsters will be revealed as we start counting down to its Autumn launch this year. On the Godzilla area in the Atari website, you can already view each of the revealed monsters and some of their animations by clicking on their respective cards and images that follow.

This video game is also set to be released for the PlayStation Portable and the Nintendo DS.
