Guitar Hero 3 replacement disc pre-registration website now online
If you’re one of those folks who found themselves on the losing end of the consumer experience because of the lack of Dolby Pro Logic II on their copy of Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock, then you’ve probably already heard of the pre-registration hotline for getting a replacement disc with Pro Logic II support enabled.

If you were one of the folks who found themselves disappointed with the Wii version of Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock because of the lack of audio support for Dolby Pro Logic II, then you probably had to talk to a customer service representative to get the information registered properly… or you chose not to go through it at all.
Well, there’s now an alternative to calling Activision up, and it’s called visiting a website. Specifically, the Guitar Hero III Wii Replacement Disc Pre-Registration Website. The site allows users to register their pertinent information in order to get replacement discs that’ll allow them to play GH3 with Dolby Pro Logic II support.
Of course, there are some things to note as well. First off, the new disc won’t be of much use to you if your audio setup doesn’t support Dolby Pro Logic II, so check that out first. Second, there’s a wait time to get the disc, but they do mention that it’s in early 2008, so the wait won’t be too long.
