Halo 3 Artwork: What’s Wrong with This Picture?
What’s wrong with this new artwork for Halo 3 that has just surfaced? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It’s beautifully done, and the Master Chief still looks like he’s ready for another round of anti-Covenant action.
So why the article then? Well, there’s only one thing that seems really weird about this picture, if you think about it. What the hell happened on whatever planet Master Chief is on? It’s like something plowed onto the world or a giant explosion happened on the planet’s surface. The circle of blue light on the right-hand side would indicate something big happening (or dropping), if our sci-fi movies are to be believed.
What’s the big thing? Well, since Bungie is keeping tight-lipped about it, and we barely know anything besides their comments that the setting for Halo 3 will be expansive, and that we’re going to see some new equipment. Anyway, it’s something to hope for.
