Itz back! PSP Rhythm v7.1
When it comes to homebrew application PSP Rhythm, it’s sometimes scary as updates don’t come in close intervals. We’re not complaining or anything though. It’s just that we fear, like the last time around, that the PSP Rhythm Development Team will eventually let go of it. But to our surprise, the developer proved us wrong once more (and that’s okay!) and rolled out version 7.1.
Basically, PSP Rhythm is an audio sequencer and re-mixer. If that short bit didn’t do it for you, here’s a longer explanation for yah: the program is a music workstation in itself. It has various features like playback and manipulation of audio effects and samples. If you will, it can be considered as a song re-arranger (take audio samples and tinker with them, and record your own songs).
Since December, a few changes have been implemented to PSP Rhythm, but don’t let the number of the improvements fool you as all of them are highly important. The changelog for version 7.1 is as follows:
- Pattern Sample Playback (Loop)
- Export Song by Audio Track
- Improved Graphics
- Improved Audio Engine
- Improved Rendering to Wave File
- Bug fixes
