After getting his video game and movie bill vetoed by Utah Governor Jon Huntsman last week, a frustrated Jack Thompson turns his attack to Attorney General Mark Shurtleff, who expressed concerns about the legality of HB 353. Thompson sent an email to Salt Lake Tribune, and a copy of it to GamePolitics, saying that Shurtleff is “dead meat” in the header.

The email basically said that Thompson wants Shurtleff to move against major retailers, such as BestBuy and Target, for what Thompson claims is “the distribution of pornography to minors in violation of state law.” He then threatened that he will “proceed” against the Attorney General if he fails to comply. Thompson even added a few links in the email showing strip club and hooker scenes from Grand Theft Auto IV (PS3, Xbox 360).

GamePolitics sought Rep. Mike Morley, the sponsor HB 353, for comment, and he replied: “I know nothing about that.”

If you wanna see the full emails from ol’ Jack, they’re posted on GamePolitics in the source link below.

Flame bait, I know. But easy on the comments, okay guys?
