Comic-Con International, more popularly know as Comic-Con, is an annual multigenre fan convention held every summer in San Diego. Originally showcasing comic books and film, the convention now includes exhibits on other popular arts, including science fiction, fantasy, animation, collectible card games and video games. The largest of its kind in the US, Comic Con attracts 104,000  visitors.

This year’s Comic Con is about to close on Sunday giving you one more day to visit Nintendo’s Booth over at the San Diego Convention Center. This is your chance to meet Charles Martinet, the voice actor behind the mascot’s lines in the Mario games. Aside from the Voice of Mario, the Nintendo is also displaying some games for the DS including Elite Beat Agents, Mario Hoops 3 on 3, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team, and Star Fox Command. Nintendo says if you visit the company’s booth dressed up as a Nintendo character, you might get to win a prize.

In case you can’t make it in time there’s always WonderCon 2007, March 2 – 4, at the Moscone Center South in San Francisco. We don’t know if Nintendo will have a booth there as well but we’ll keep you posted.
