It seems Professor Layton and his trusty sidekick Luke will be going on a trip to the future, this time in English. That’s what a trademarked Layton game points to, at least.

 

The trademark, spotted by gaming blog Siliconera, is for something called “Professor Layton and the Unwound Future”. It’s not a direct translation of the Japanese name of the third game in the first Layton trilogy, but the time travel theme seems evident in both.
