LOTRO trailer: Sauron asks, how bad are you?

So now we come to the big bad Lidless Eye of Mordor himself. The latest trailer on GameVideos to Turbine Inc.’s MMORPG, presented together with Midway Games, challenges the pure of heart of the forces of light with the simple premise: everyone’s got a little bad in them sometimes.

It would really be no big of a deal – hey, what is Sauron if not the all-corrupting female dog of the Third Age of Middle-Earth – but somehow we wonder if the trailer’s also tied to the recently-explained monster play system in The Lord of The Rings Online. There, even you, the hero, can tap into that little bad you got in you sometimes to become the bad guy. After all, “there are none who are completely pure” (especially the players, it seems), and the vid features the uglies of Middle-Earth as well as the various playable races.

So that leaves only one question, we guess. When the Eye of Sauron turns upon you, what will it see? A resold PSP Memory Stick with questionable content, perhaps? (Only if you’re into that sort of thing…)
