LUA Picture Converter for PSP Released

Glynnder-PSPro from our forum has released another program – LUA Picture Converter. This program is capable of converting jpg to tga, jpg to png, png to jpg and png to tga. This release is still in an early stage, but Glynnder is still working to add more features like BMP support into the program.
