Majesco’s Mama finds a new hobby

Majesco’s Mama may not be as serious, but she’s definitely shown that she can get her hands dirty, in a less explosive kind of way. Adding to Mama’s growing franchise is Crafting Mama, where the heroine of the household shows her skills in arts and crafts.

Majesco has announced the new DS game for Mama, where she takes on 40 new projects putting together birdhouses, quilts, and even aprons for her to wear.

 

“Crafting is a natural extension of our most successful franchise,” said Majesco CEO Jesse Sutton. “Much like last spring’s Gardening Mama, Crafting Mama combines the award-winning Mama formula of addictive stylus-based activities with a popular pastime that has been underserved in videogames. We’re looking forward to sharing Mama’s newest hobby with her vast and diverse group of fans this holiday season.”

 

To date, Mama’s hands have been busy with her cooking, gardening, pet shop-running, and now crafts. Heck, we may even see a Babysitting Mama down the line, but for now, Majesco is eyeing a 2010 release for Crafting Mama.
