Major Nelson loses passport, won’t go to TGS this year

Major Nelson certainly is unlucky this year. He was supposed to be on a flight headed to Japan to attend the Tokyo Game Show, but instead he remained grounded in the United States.

The reason? A missing passport. Major Nelson explains:

During my check in this morning at Orlando International Airport to head to Tokyo, I reached for my Passport… and it was not there. After turning my luggage inside and out (always fun at 6am in the middle of a terminal) and a flurry of phone calls to the hotel and local authorities, I deduced that it was indeed gone.

Despite this, Major Nelson assures folks that TriXie and VideoMonkey of Xbox.com will still be reporting the latest happenings at TGS when it happens.

Don’t worry, Major Nelson, we sympathize with the whole “not going to TGS” thing entirely. More importantly, we do hope you get your passport back.
