Mario Strikers Charged Football official site gets updated
A few more content and additional details on the game and the charging metal ball gets added to the official site of Mario Strikers Charged Football. After being treated to an insanely pimped out intro video to the game (go Kirby go!), we are extremely excited at what this cross between Mario Smash Football and rechargeable footballs would deliver come May 25.
According to Maxmars over at the NeoGAF Forums, the site now reflects preview videos of the new Stadiums to be introduced in the game, including a few short notes mentioning additional unlockables. Next up on the update list is the addition of a few more team Captains (Mario, Luigi, Peach and Daisy), although there are many more that aren’t accessible just yet.
Details on gameplay and the balls have revealed nothing more than the usual, although the mention of an “Online” section has our hopes up high for seamless online multiplayer sessions, even as some naysayers persist that the game will be coming with some online hindrances.
