Nintendo just announced Mario Strikers Charged for the Wii. A screenshot and art piece have surfaced for the game. The sequel to Super Mario Strikers will offer more gameplay options and most importantly: an online component. With Nintendo mentioning tournaments in their press release, we may see official tournaments held by Nintendo in the future! Maybe Nintendo WiFi Connection won’t be as barebones as the DS version? Mario Strikers Charged is being developed by Next Level Games in Vancouver BC, Canada and will be published by Nintendo.
