Max Payne 3 delayed again

Bad news folks, Take-Two has announced that they are further delaying the release of Max Payne 3. Speaking in a conference call after the the company’s second quarter financial result, Take-Two’s CEO Ben Feder said:

 

“While we do not take the movement of any title lightly, our recent success with Red Dead Redemption illustrates the importance and the benefits of giving a title the time that it needs in order to fulfill its potential in the marketplace. The team at Rockstar is focused on making this the best possible experience in interactive entertainment.”

 

Originally intended for a Winter 2009 release, the game was later pushed back to Q4 2010 to give Rockstar more time polishing the game. The company has yet to announce a new release window for the game.
